These awnings are also often referred to as Pergola awnings. They consist of a tracking system that is attached to the underside of an existing pergola (or one which we would fabricate and install) and a fabric cover that slides open and closed (on the underside). The fabric folds in a series of scallops against the building when not in use and extends to an almost taut situation when opened.
